Interscada WEB I/O
is a completely self-contained device that
allows users to monitor and control
equipment via the Internet or Ethernets. The
device connects to local I/O terminals and
sensors. Users are able to interact with
the system directly from their web browser.
The
Interscada WEB I/O device serves a Java
applet (the GUI) to the client machine’s web
browser. Through the GUI, users configure
the system for data collection, data
processing (such as FFTs), logging,
reporting, alarming, email, paging, limit
checking, data transfer, etc. right from
their desktop PC.
Several communication protocols are
supported including Modbus Ethernet.
Optional wireless communications enables
connectivity from virtually anywhere over
the wireless cellular Internet, or through
high powered Ethernet radios (up to 1 watt)
that transfer data over miles of terrain.
